Network Marketing recruitment can be challenging but with the web it's gotten less complicated. Is it easier to talk to thousands of {people face or to do it online? Gone are the times when you have to hit up your friends to achieve success in MLM. Forget going to conferences and dancing around like a clown. Don't worry about having to chat to everyone you see about your new opportunity. Stop working so hard and start using technology to work smart.
The issue with the old school of thinking is that the majority of people are not salesman and that is the reason why 95% of folks fail in MLM.
To succeed you don't need to sell, basically you shouldn't actually have to chat to anyone if you do not need to. The issue is how does one get surfers to the website.
Use Videos.
Use Social Networking. Sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and MySpace to build your networks. You can join groups, meet thousands of folks and post links to your chances. Just ensure that whatever you are doing is adding value and don't spam folks each five mins about your business.
You can get on cash forums and raise a question with your signature and a link to your business on it. Just don't raise questions solely to get your link up.
Use Article Selling Write educational articles for sites like EzineArticles.com and eHow.com. Both these sites allow you put links at the end of your articles. Also make efforts to use an article submission robot so that you can submit to lots of article databases at a time instead of just 1 or 2.
