Mandura is a company that makes a beverage containing ingredients from the Durian fruit and the Mangosteen combined with Brazilian Acai berry and the North American Blueberry. The average American does not consume the recommended daily dosage of fruits in their diet. Mandura has created an elixir that combines four of the most nutrient rich and potent fruits. Another problem is that it is very hard to eat fruits at the proper time, as they are usually eaten either too ripe or not ripe enough. Mandura ensures that the ingredients are harvest at the proper times. It is also required to eat many types of fruits in order to meet the recommended daily dosage of fruits. Mandura has combined the four fruits to create a perfect nutritional balance.
Before we get into the marketing issues of this company let us look at the compensation plan. Mandura claims that most network marketing companies have very confusing compensation plans and they vow to keep theirs simple. Upon reviewing their presentation I was very confused to say the least. All of the details about how to qualify for level X it turns out is irrelevant. The bottom line with this compensation plan is that people who will sign up as distributors are put on a $100 auto-ship. The residual that you will collect from this is $10. Very basically you will earn $10 from every auto-ship on your team.
Now knowing that the residual you will earn from one auto-ship is a measly 10 dollar, how many distributors are you going to have to have on your team to make a substantial income? The answer is a lot. Unless you understand that it will most likely take a few years to really see the results you want, then I would not recommend this opportunity. If you are really keen on this business opportunity and want to build it the right way, there are a couple of things I would suggest.
First of all, take a look at the company website. Before you go wasting your advertising dollars sending people to your company replicated site, know this. The website they give you will not convert people to sales or distributors. The site looks good graphically but it definitely does not follow and of the rules of good marketing. The majority of network marketers go broke because they don't understand marketing and continue to send people to their company replicated website. Mandura is no different. I guarantee they are going to teach you all of the old school methods of marketing that do not work
So let's take a look at the overall picture. The company website you will get is garbage, the product is like many others on the market, and the compensation plan is designed to be profitable only if you build a huge team which will take years. So why would anyone join then? The answer is because the only way I see someone being successful with this company is because your best target market for this opportunity is going to be existing network marketers. Existing network marketers are already business Buyers and are sold on the idea of the industry. The problem with them is that they already have a company they are involved with. So what are they looking for? They are looking for leadership, a mentor that can teach them how to be successful in network marketing. So essentially they are looking for people, not business opportunities. Understanding that your business opportunity is irrelevant, and You, as a leader are relevant is why I would chose Mandura as ONE of my income streams. To be honest, the Mandura product tastes delicious, I've tried it, and it's healthy. No matter what MLM company I'm with, I'm going to have to be on an auto-ship plan. Might as well be a product I like.
In conclusion, I don't see Mandura to be a great fit for someone who wants to market the product side alone. There are simply too many similar products on the market that don't have an MLM business opportunity attached to them. Now for someone who wants to market the company to existing network marketers over a long period of time and slowly acquire qualified business builders into their downline, Mandura, or any network marketing company for that matter will work.
Now you might be asking how do I learn to market like the real top earners in the network marketing industry? That is a whole other topic and article to read. In short you need to become a leader that people want to follow and apply attraction marketing, and funded proposal concepts. So become a marketing student, increase your value to society, and you will have people chasing you down wanting to join your Mandura business, without you having to chase after them.
